Job summary

Condé Nast is hiring a Digital Editor for House & Garden to lead the brand’s digital editorial operation across web, newsletters and platforms. You will edit and commission digital content, shape homepage strategy and ensure editorial tone and visuals remain distinctive and aligned with audience needs.

The successful candidate will drive SEO, audience growth and real-time analytics, while managing publishing workflows and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver timely, high-quality

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a senior editorial role within publishing or media.
• Strong editing, commissioning and homepage management experience.
• Excellent understanding of digital publishing workflows, SEO best practice and audience development strategies.
• Experience managing publishing schedules and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence using performance data to inform editorial decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage daily digital editorial strategy across web and newsletters.
• Oversee homepage programming and ensure timely, visually engaging content.
• Commission, edit and publish digital-first stories across interiors, decoration and design.
• Develop evergreen and search-led content to grow audience and traffic.
• Collaborate with social, video, visuals and editorial teams to maximise reach.
