Job summary

Condé Nast’s House & Garden brand in London seeks an experienced Digital Editor to lead the day-to-day digital editorial operation. The role focuses on driving online content across web, newsletters and emerging platforms while preserving the brand’s tone and visual identity.

You will edit, commission and publish digital-first stories, manage homepage programming and work closely with analytics to optimise performance and audience growth.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a senior editorial role within publishing or media.
• Excellent understanding of digital publishing workflows, SEO best practice and audience development strategies.
• Experience managing publishing schedules and working to multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of analytics tools and confidence using performance data to inform editorial decisions.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily digital editorial strategy across web, newsletters and key publishing platforms.
• Own and manage the daily digital publishing schedule.
• Oversee and regularly update the homepage, aligned with priorities and seasonal moments.
• Commission, edit and publish digital-first stories across interiors, decoration, gardens and design.
• Develop a strong pipeline of evergreen and search-led content to grow audience and traffic.
• Collaborate with analytics to inform decisions and optimise content for engagement.
