Digital DesignerLocation: Warrington | Full-Time | Reporting to: Head of Growth

About the Role:

We’re seeking a talented Digital Designer with a strong background in graphic design, UX design, and Shopify to join our clients growing team. You’ll play a key role in shaping digital presence, from marketing assets to website design, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for their customers. Experience in the subscription and food industry is highly desirable, and coding/development skills are a plus but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design compelling digital assets for the website, social media, email marketing, and paid campaigns.
• Enhance and optimise Shopify website to improve UX and conversion rates.
• Work closely with the Growth team to develop creative solutions that drive customer engagement and retention.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate with developers, marketers, and content creators to execute digital projects effectively.
• Stay ahead of digital design trends, industry best practices, and competitor activity.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in digital design, preferably within an eCommerce, food, or subscription-based business.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, or Figma).
• Shopify experience – ability to design and optimise for high-converting eCommerce experiences.
• Knowledge of UX/UI best practices and a data-driven approach to design.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and take ownership of projects.
