Responsibilities / Position Overview

As a UI Digital Designer, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to craft digital interfaces that are visually appealing and highly usable. Your focus will be on how things look, work, and feel, emphasizing clarity, consistency, and craftsmanship. Your work will span responsive web platforms, campaign landing pages, and native app interfaces.

• Advocate for best-in-class interaction design and contribute to visual systems that scale across products and platforms.
• Design high-quality, accessible, and responsive user interfaces across various breakpoints.
• Translate UX concepts into polished visuals.
• Contribute to the development of design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
• Collaborate with UX designers, engineers, content, and brand teams to ensure a cohesive experience.
• Champion accessibility and visual inclusivity.
• Provide creative direction and feedback to other designers.
• Stay updated with design trends and emerging tools.
• Balance design consistency with adaptability for different brands.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience designing interfaces for websites, apps, or digital services.
• A portfolio demonstrating beautiful, usable, and accessible designs across multiple platforms.
• Experience with or development of design systems.
• Strong knowledge of layout, typography, interaction design, and accessibility.
• Proficiency with tools like Figma, Figjam, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Understanding of front-end capabilities and UI integration into development processes.

We primarily use Figma for UI design and prototyping; experience with similar tools is beneficial.
