Polo is seeking a Head of Digital Delivery to lead the implementation of Digital Services for new and existing clients. The role is responsible for delivering the Digital Service portfolio, budgeting, prioritising work, RAIDs, resourcing and managing external delivery partners.

This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract based in London or Cheltenham. You will oversee the portfolio of Digital Service deployment, ensure client requirements are met, and drive sustainable transitions of operations onto

Qualifications

• Experience in portfolio/delivery management for digital services.
• Budget and resourcing planning experience.
• Stakeholder management and external partner engagement.

Responsabilités

• Digital Service Portfolio Management: manage delivery of the Digital Services Portfolio across customers and budgets.
• Resource and budget management: monitor budgets per SOW and track resourcing.
• Delivery best practice definition: define timelines, plans, testing scripts and artefacts.
• Delivery Partner Engagement: manage onboarding, access requests and client requirements.
• Progress reporting and oversight: produce progress reporting across the portfolio.
