Job summary

Perkins&Will Inc. in London is seeking a Digital Delivery Coordinator to support asset data, digital handover and information requirements across internal teams and client commissions.

The role focuses on checking, chasing, tracking and reporting information, rather than leading client strategy, and sits within the Digital Practice/ Digital Advisory Services. The successful candidate will monitor progress, chase outstanding items, and report risks to project teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital delivery, information management, asset information, BIM/data or project coordination.
• Good knowledge of model-based information, Revit schedules and structured data.
• Practical understanding of ISO 19650 principles and project information requirements.
• Understanding of asset information, COBie principles and digital handover requirements.
• Experience using CDE platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, Aconex, Asite or similar.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to check structured data and schedules.
• Ability to communicate clearly with designers, consultants, contractors and project managers.
• Experience with asset information platforms like Glider, Zutec, Ecodomus or AssetWise.
• Experience with ACC Model Coordination, Revit, Navisworks, Revizto or similar tools.
• Experience with Power BI, dashboards and Excel-based data checking or reporting workflows.
• Experience on workplace, commercial fit-out, healthcare or stadium projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update project information documents, including information requirements and responsibility matrices.
• Translate client information requirements into actionable tasks for designers and contractors.
• Check model data, Revit schedules, asset registers and COBie outputs for completeness.
• Support designers and project teams in asset data, digital handover and information delivery requirements.
• Monitor asset information progress using platforms such as Glider or similar systems.
• Support CDE workflows, including information exchange, naming conventions and issue tracking.
• Chase outstanding information, track actions and escalate risks when needed.
• Produce progress reports on information status, missing data and key risks.
• Support model coordination workflows with federated model review and issue tracking.
• Develop templates, trackers and workflows for asset information and information delivery.

Asset Data, Information Delivery & Digital Handover

Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Delivery Coordinator to support the delivery of asset data, digital handover and model-based information requirements across both internal project teams and external client commissions.

The role sits within the wider Digital Practice / Digital Advisory function and works under the direction of the Digital Practice / Digital Advisory Services Lead. It is a project-facing delivery role focused on checking, chasing,trackingand reporting information requirements, rather than leading client strategy or setting the overall service direction.

The successful candidate will helpmaintainresponsibility matrices, check asset information,monitorprogress through project dashboards, support designers, chase outstanding actions and report risks across design and construction teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update project information documents, including information requirements, responsibility matrices, asset data fields, responsiblepartiesand client-specific deliverables.
• Help translate client information requirements into clear, practical actions for designers,consultantsand contractors.
• Support the checking of model data, Revit schedules, asset registers andCOBie-style outputs for completeness and consistency.
• Support designers and project teams in understanding asset data, digitalhandoverand information delivery requirements.
• Monitor asset information progress using platforms such as Glider or similar digital handover systems.
• Support CDE workflows, including information exchange, naming conventions, status codes, reviewprocessesand issue tracking.
• Chase outstanding information, track actions and escape risks or blockers whererequired.
• Produce clear progress reports covering information status, missing data, overdueactionsand key risks.
• Support model coordination workflows whererequired, including federated model review, issuetrackingand coordination reporting.
• Support the development of repeatable templates, trackers and workflows for asset information, informationdeliveryand digital handover.

Required Experience

• Experience in digital delivery, information management, asset information, BIM/data or project coordination within architecture, engineering,constructionor consultancy.
• Good working knowledge of model-based information, Revit schedules, structureddataand CDE workflows.
• Practical understanding of ISO 19650 principles and project information requirements.
• Understanding of asset information,COBieprinciples, assetregistersand digital handover requirements.
• Experience using CDE platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, Aconex,Asiteor similar.
• Strong attention to detail and confidence checking structured data,schedulesand project information.
• Ability to communicate clearly with designers, consultants,contractorsand project managers.
• Strong coordination skills, including action tracking, chasinginformationand escalating issues.
• Experience with Glider,Zutec,Ecodomus, AssetWise or other asset information platforms.
• Knowledge ofUniclass2015, classification systems and structured parameter strategies.
• Experience supporting ISO 19650-aligned projects.
• Experience with ACC Model Coordination,Revit,Navisworks,Revizto,Solibrior similar coordination tools.
• Experience with Power BI, dashboards, Excel-based data checking or reporting workflows.
• Experience working on workplace, commercial fit-out, healthcare,stadiumor client-side information management commissions.
