Job summary

Balfour Beatty plc on the Teesside NZT project is seeking a Digital Delivery Coordinator to support the Project Digital Strategy and Information Execution Plan on site in Redcar and Cleveland. You will coordinate BIM models, drive 4D/5D data integration and ensure ISO 19650 compliance across the project team.

You’ll work with the Digital Delivery Manager, educate the team and supply chain, and push for best-practice digital delivery to support zero-harm goals and efficient project execution.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years industry experience in a similar role.
• Understanding BS EN 19650 Standards and Protocols.
• Acting as BIM information manager on projects to comply with BS EN ISO 19650 requirements.
• Developing the model into an as-built model with data attached for future operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering the Project Information Management Plan and Information Execution Plan.
• Coordinate single or multi-discipline Building Information Models.
• Educate project team and supply chain on BIM processes and data usage.
• Lead BIM clash detection meetings and manage results to resolution.
• Support with 3D coordination meetings with internal and external project partners.
