Job summary

Balfour Beatty plc is seeking a Digital Delivery Coordinator in Scotland to help drive efficiency with digital tools across multiple projects. You will support teams with information management, risk reviews, and 3D site coordination, while promoting Zero Harm and robust reporting.

You’ll work with BIM platforms such as Autodesk with BIM 360/ACC, Navisworks, SharePoint and Office 365, to improve processes and data flows. Travel across sites is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years construction industry experience; not restricted to power transmission or distribution.
• Strong knowledge of RAMS, Permits, ITPs, QC checks, short-term planning, temporary works.
• Understanding of UK BIM Framework, Protocols and IM best practices.
• Proficient with digital platforms including Autodesk tools, BIM 360, Navisworks and Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Support project teams to facilitate business processes using digital tools and technology (e.g., access control, quality assurance, task management, information management, progress reporting).
• Identify and review new ways of working to improve efficiency, reduce cost, enhance quality, sustainability and Zero Harm.
• Assist Information Managers to implement the Project Information Management Plan and related documents.
• Educate teams, clients and supply chain on the Project Information Model (Graphical and Non Graphical).
• Support data capture for reporting to project teams and senior management.
• Facilitate 3D site coordination meetings with internal and external partners.
