EY is expanding its Financial Services Tech Consulting team in London. You will join the Digital Engineering competency as a Manager focused on Digital Custody and Tokenisation.

You will shape, deliver, and scale custody solutions at the intersection of DLT, digital money, and market infrastructure, coordinating across engineering, risk, and operations. You will lead multi-disciplinary delivery, build senior client relationships, and guide product roadmaps to drive innovative, production-grade

Qualifications

• 8–12 years’ experience in financial services, including asset servicing, custody, capital markets, trading, payments, or operations.
• Strong understanding of crypto, digital assets, DLT, and how these technologies impact custody and operating models.
• Hands-on experience with wallet infrastructure like Fireblocks, Metaco, Taurus, BitGo, etc.
• Familiarity with institutional custody solutions
• Awareness of key regulatory and market trends affecting digital custody and tokenised assets
• Demonstrated experience in technology and product delivery, working across cross-functional teams
• Practical exposure to asset servicing, post-trade, settlement, or custody-related workflows
• Delivery of custody solutions for tokenised funds or digital native assets on public or permissioned blockchains, including MPC/HSM key management and atomic DvP

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of custody architectures leveraging MPC/HSM key management and secure wallet infrastructure.
• Develop production-ready solutions for banks and asset managers.
• Define client use cases and translate requirements into product roadmaps and operating models.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery across multi-disciplinary teams and ensure audit-ready, compliant solutions.
