Job summary

EY is hiring a Manager in London to lead digital custody and tokenisation initiatives within the Digital Engineering practice. The role focuses on shaping, delivering, and scaling custody solutions at the intersection of DLT, digital money, and market infrastructure, with hybrid working options.

You will drive market-facing delivery across banking, asset managers, and participate in external engagements with industry partners while building long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years’ experience in financial services, including asset servicing, custody, capital markets, trading, payments, or operations.
• Strong understanding of crypto, digital assets, DLT, and how these technologies impact custody and operating models.
• Hands‑on experience with wallet infrastructure like Fireblocks, Metaco, Taurus, BitGo, etc.
• Familiarity with institutional custody solutions.
• Awareness of key regulatory and market trends affecting digital custody and tokenised assets.
• Demonstrated experience in technology and product delivery, working across cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of digital custody solutions across multi‑disciplinary teams (engineering, operations, risk, legal, compliance).
• Oversee complex workflows including onboarding, custody, settlement, corporate actions, reconciliation, and regulatory reporting.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and audit‑ready, aligned to internal risk frameworks and regulatory expectations.
