TurnerFox Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a leading multichannel marketing agency based in Nottinghamshire for a Digital Content Project Manager to join their specialist digital content team.

The role requires agency experience managing digital campaigns or production projects for retail and consumer brands, with exposure to AV content, digital signage and in-store screens considered advantageous. Hybrid working is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Digital Content/Project Manager in an agency setting.
• Ability to manage digital content from brief to delivery.
• Experience using CRM and CMS systems for project tracking.
• Proven client management and clear communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage digital content projects from brief to final delivery.
• Coordinate multiple client projects with deadlines and budgets.
• Collaborate with creative, studio, production and scheduling teams.
• Brief designers on campaign content and digital assets.
• Manage digital content schedules across retail screens and channels.
• Act as main client contact, providing updates and managing expectations.
• Coordinate client feedback and content approvals.
• Monitor budgets, resources and production schedules.
• Maintain project information in CRM and CMS systems.
• Resolve issues to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns.
