Job summary

Parity Network is sourcing a Digital Content Manager for a 23-month contract in Edinburgh. You will own a high-profile website and staff intranet, shaping content to connect with users. The role involves Drupal CMS, analytics, and stakeholder collaboration.

You will work in a modern central Edinburgh office with potential to work remotely 2 days per week, contributing to content strategy and governance across the organisation.

Digital Content Manager | 23 Month Contract | Location based in Edinburgh

Day Rate: £194.38 per day (Outside IR35)

Parity is delighted to partner with our client, a public sector organisation, who are looking to recruit a on a 23-month contract basis. You will be based in their modern, central Edinburgh offices with potential to work remotely 2 days a week.

We are looking for a Digital Content Manager to take ownership of a high-profile website and staff intranet, shaping content that really connects with users.

What you will be doing

• Managing, improving, and optimising website and intranet content using Drupal
• Collaborating closely with senior stakeholders, media, and PR teams
• Driving engagement and adoption of a newly launched staff intranet
• Reporting on performance using Google Analytics and forecasting future activity
• Ensuring content is accurate, accessible, secure, and aligned with business priorities.
• Developing clear processes and providing training across the organisation

What we are looking for

• Proven experience in digital content or communications (qualification a bonus)
• Strong writing, editing and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on CMS experience and a sharp eye for detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Confident communicator with resilience and professionalism
