Job summary

ALCATEL SUBMARINE NETWORKS UK LTD in Greater London is seeking a Content Creator Apprentice to support digital content creation for the training school. You will work with the Digital Specialist and training team to produce accessible learning materials and explore AI tools to improve workflows.

The role includes auditing content for compliance, aiding migration to modern formats, and documenting AI-driven processes.

Qualifications

Creative thinker with an interest in digital education
GCSEs in English and Maths at grade C/4 or above (essential)
Enrolled in Level 3 Content Curation Apprenticeship and familiar with digital content formats (PDF, video, SCORM) (essential)
Awareness of AI tools for content management (essential)
On-the-job training with a Digital Specialist and training team

Responsibilities

Assist in creating and editing basic digital content (quizzes, PDFs, infographics) using Captivate Pro and Articulate
Support migration of legacy content to modern formats (SCORM, interactive modules)
Audit content for compliance with ASN standards and industry guidelines
Track content usage and effectiveness using Papaya LMS and Tableau
Collaborate with Training Advisors/Coordinators to fill content gaps and gather SME approvals
