Role Title: Digital Content Creator

Location: Windsor (hybrid)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented and versatile Digital Content Creator to join an established creative team within a leading entertainment company. In this role, you will support the creation of high-quality visual and video content across a variety of media platforms, including paid advertising, social media and promotional campaigns for key entertainment titles.

This is a hands-on, creatively fulfilling role ideal for someone with a solid background in graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics, who thrives in a dynamic, multi-format content environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the production of static and video content, including gameplay footage, social media graphics, and other marketing materials.
• Edit and enhance content using Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and After Effects.
• Adapt and localise content to meet regional and language-specific requirements.
• Collaborate with internal production and development teams to source materials and interpret creative direction.
• Balance multiple projects and meet tight deadlines with strong time management skills.
• Uphold consistent visual quality and branding across all deliverables.
• Work within established brand guidelines and visual styles.
• Apply feedback constructively and revise work as needed.
• Contribute ideas during creative brainstorming sessions and support ongoing content innovation.
• Maintain organised files and manage digital assets efficiently for future reuse.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Strong eye for design, with excellent attention to detail and brand alignment.
• Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset.
• Solid graphic design foundation and awareness of current design trends.
• Experience in gameplay capture and editing.
• Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and compression techniques.
• Previous experience producing content for social media and digital campaigns.
• Ability to respond well to feedback and adapt quickly.
• Organised and capable of juggling multiple tasks.

Desirable Skills:

• Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Illustrator.
• Experience working with third-party brand guidelines.
• Understanding of localisation processes, including subtitles and split audio.
• Basic familiarity with cameras, lighting setups, and 3D software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D).
• Skills in illustration or hand-drawn artwork.
• Personal interest in video games or entertainment IP is a plus.
