Benenden School is seeking a creative Digital Content Creator to uncover and tell the stories of life across the campus, boarding houses, stages and fields. You will shape content and bring it to life across our online channels, collaborating with the Marketing team to showcase our Complete Education to current and prospective families.
You'll lead video-led storytelling, plan, film and edit content, craft platform-appropriate posts, and help keep the website fresh.

We are looking for an imaginative and energetic Digital Content Creator who can find and shape those stories, then bring them to life.

At the heart of the role will be video-led storytelling for social media, supported by strong writing, photography and day-to-day management of the School's digital channels.

This is a hands-on role. You will spend much of your time out across the School, getting to know students and staff, attending activities and capturing the moments that make Benenden distinctive.
The role will include occasional evening and weekend work.
You will be a confident storyteller with strong editorial judgement and the ability to turn an initial idea into compelling finished content.

Experience in education is welcome but not essential. We are equally interested in candidates from media, publishing, production, charities, cultural organisations or other content-rich environments.
