As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a creative, positive, energetic, and passionate individual to join our expanding marketing team.

Full Time Permanent

Working Hours: Mon - Sat 9am -5.30pm

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the wider marketing team to develop creative and engaging social media strategies, working closely with the sales team to highlight our expertise and extensive product range.
• Create and curate content for a variety of platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and customer feedback, and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Analyse social media data and generate reports on key metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay informed about the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure innovative content strategies.
• Work closely with our digital partners to develop and curate creative and engaging META advertising campaigns.
• Support the wider marketing team in designing and delivering agreed-upon marketing campaigns.
• Plan, manage, and execute in-store events, ensuring seamless execution.
• Oversee the marketing budget, allocating funds to planned activities and providing regular updates

• A passion for creativity and innovation in social media and marketing.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a similar role.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to talk on camera.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
