Job summary

Berks & Bucks FA is seeking a Digital Communications Assistant to join its Operations Team. Based hybrid with Milton Park office, you’ll help showcase grassroots football through engaging digital content and raise awareness of the County FA’s work.

You’ll work with the Football Communications Officer to grow social media presence, deliver The FA Grassroots Football Strategy, and ensure content supports safer, inclusive participation in football.

Qualifications

• Experience of social media management and content management systems.
• Ability to create inspiring and effective digital communications for different audiences, including video and photography content.
• Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Increase reach, followers and engagement across Berks & Bucks FA's social media and online channels through the creation of dynamic video and social content.
• Maintain and further develop the County FA website, ensuring it remains a central source of up-to-date information for stakeholders.
• Coordinate the development and delivery of County FA email newsletters and branded social media assets.
