Job summary

Berks & Bucks FA is seeking a Digital Communications Assistant to join its Operations Team. Based hybrid with Milton Park office, you’ll help showcase grassroots football through engaging digital content and raise awareness of the County FA’s work.

You’ll work with the Football Communications Officer to grow social media presence, deliver The FA Grassroots Football Strategy, and ensure content supports safer, inclusive participation in football.

Digital Communications Assistant - Berks & Bucks FA

The FA is advertising this vacancy on behalf of Berks & Bucks FA. The successful candidate will be employed by Berks & Bucks FA.

Location: Hybrid working, with opportunities to work from the Berks & Bucks FA office at Milton Park (OX14 4SB), from home and around the County.
Salary: Band 5 (£22,557-£27,570 per annum), dependent on experience
Hours: 35 hours per week, with some evening and weekend work required in line with the demands of the role
Contract: Full-time, fixed-term contract until June 2028

Berks & Bucks FA is looking for a passionate and creative Digital Communications Assistant to join its Operations Team.

Working closely with the Football Communications Officer, you'll help showcase the impact of grassroots football through engaging digital content, raise awareness of the work of Berks & Bucks FA and help grow its social media presence and engagement.

Football has the power to Connect People & Change Lives, and the successful candidate will play an important part in bringing that message to life. Your digital communications will support the promotion of the County FA's key priorities and the delivery of The FA Grassroots Football Strategy.
