Do you believe in the power of communication to inspire change? We're looking for someone who can share stories, raise awareness, and connect people with the support they need.

We want a dedicated Digital Communications Officer to join our team to present and interpret new and innovative ways of sharing stories, press articles, and blogs using platforms such as Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and the charity's website and Knowledge Bank.

The Digital Communications Officer will be responsible for:

1. Delivering the charity’s digital output across social media, the website, e-newsletters, and webinar/conference platforms.
2. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to translate core messages into accessible and engaging content, tailored for different digital platforms.
3. Creating, editing, and publishing content for social media, the website, and e-newsletters, liaising with relevant team members where required.
4. Sourcing, editing, and repurposing imagery, graphics, and video content for digital use, ensuring accessibility and brand alignment.
5. Growing and segmenting the e-newsletter subscriber database, developing tailored lists for fundraising, nation-specific news, events, and campaigns.
6. Responding to posts, engagements, and inquiries on the charity’s social media channels.
