Job summary

Minster Law Limited is hiring an apprentice administrator to support a growing team handling road traffic personal injury claims. You will make initial client calls, onboard new clients and set up cases, with emphasis on organisation and strong communication.

You will work with CMS and Excel, coordinate with insurers and partners, and escalate complex matters to a solicitor as needed. The role offers development toward Claims Handler with structured coaching.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • First response for all inbound claims referrals from insurer partners and customers.
  • Record claim details onto the CMS and Excel to create new cases and file daily correspondence.
  • Maintain client details in CMS/Excel and keep MI up to date.
  • Deal with file requests and conduct follow-up calls to clients, GP surgeries, hospitals and insurers.
  • Collaborate digitally via Teams and Outlook for stakeholder communications.
  • Advise customers on the claim process and gather information, escalating complex cases to a solicitor.
  • Assist with scanning mail and documents and allocate to correct files.
