Job summary

Government Recruitment Service is recruiting a Business Administrator Apprentice in Bristol. The role supports the DDTS Capability Strategy, coordinating training for 800+ staff and assisting with learning data and reporting.

As a Defra group role, you will develop skills on the job while pursuing an apprenticeship and contributing to capability development across DDTS, with exposure to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and book training courses for 800+ staff across DDTS
• Assist with gathering and analyzing management information and learning requirements
• Produce reports for different audiences and liaise with suppliers and internal experts
• Maintain learning records to monitor skills and capability development
• Engage with managers and staff to keep them informed of progress and next steps
