The Business Administrator Apprentice role reports into the Capability Development Analyst within Defra's DDTS. You will help attract, develop and retain Government Digital and Data professionals, while strengthening digital skills across Defra.

You will coordinate and book training for 800+ staff across DDTS, ensuring that information is accurate, maintained and used effectively, and assist with the production of reports for different audiences while liaising with suppliers and internal experts.

• Coordinate and book training courses for 800+ DDTS staff, ensuring accurate information is gathered and maintained.
• Assist with the analysis of management information and the production of reports for different audiences.
• Liaise with external suppliers and internal subject matter experts as required.
• Maintain learning records to monitor skills and capability development.
