• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to define opportunities for improvement.
• Translate requirements into user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX, and Engineers through development lifecycle.
• Analyse customer journeys and data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support Agile delivery teams with backlog refinement and planning.
• Act as trusted advisor, providing insights to drive decisions.
