Job Description:

Our well-known health and wellbeing client is currently undergoing an exciting digital transformation and is looking to recruit their first Digital Business Analyst, with a salary of up to £50,000. The role involves a mix of in-office and remote work, with one day in the office and four days working from home.

The successful candidate will have ownership of all technical requirements within a squad and the overall digital solution developed. They will coordinate with non-digital development and ensure high-quality digital execution is delivered and operationalized. The role requires using technical expertise to break down large deliveries into smaller interactions by collaborating with the product owner, UXD, and developers. Additionally, they will define and support the in-life management of solutions by liaising with IT.

Applicants should have demonstrable knowledge, skills, and experience in the Business Analysis discipline within a digital environment. Deep digital expertise across various technologies and up-to-date knowledge of developments in digital experiences and technology are essential. Proven achievements in breaking down large, complex deliveries into smaller increments are required, along with a thorough understanding of iterative development, incremental delivery, and software development processes/lifecycle.
