Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst in a digital environment.
• Knowledge of web and mobile apps, loyalty or bookings.
• Experience in retail, hospitality or travel industry.
• Familiar with Agile or hybrid delivery approaches.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Gather and document business and technical requirements

• Identify opportunities to improve systems and digital journeys
