Inspired Thinking Group (ITG) in Birmingham is seeking a Digital Business Analyst to shape enterprise web and e-commerce projects. You’ll join a cross-functional team and work across requirements, development and UAT, translating business needs into clear acceptance criteria and user stories.

You’ll collaborate with developers, QA and client stakeholders in a mature Agile environment, thriving on new challenges and delivering pragmatic digital solutions for ambitious brands.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable Digital BA experience across the full solutions lifecycle.
• Proven ability to write clear user stories.
• Pragmatic problem solver with inquisitive nature.
• Digital savviness with web/mobile apps experience.
• Clear and confident communicator for diverse audiences.
• Experience collaborating with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Solution Architects, Developers & QA.
• Background in Agile environments; thrives in fast-paced settings.
• Willingness to challenge and uncover requirements & solutions.
• Calm, composed under pressure.
• Good understanding of APIs and message structures.
• Driven to deliver and complete tasks.
