Job summary

Nexus Jobs Limited is seeking a Business Analyst for a 3 to 6 month contract based in Canary Wharf, London. You will work with product owners and stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, scope product deliveries and influence priority against strategic objectives.

You will lead requirements workshops, write user stories with acceptance criteria, perform backlog grooming, and support testing and the migration of data between systems, applying agile methods in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Digital publishing background with CMS experience.
• Agile environment experience managing projects and software solutions using Scrum.
• Leading requirements workshops for functional and non-functional requirements.
• Writing user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Backlog grooming and prioritization into releases with product owner.
• Analyze existing business behavior and systems to identify improvements.
• Supporting business cases and project initiation briefs.
• Explaining user stories to technical teams and supporting solution design.
• Demonstrating user stories to stakeholders.
• Defining and leading user and acceptance testing incl. test approaches.
• Managing relationships with third-party vendors.
• Coordinating with local and remote business users in a high-pressure environment.
• Leading other business analysts to achieve objectives.

Responsibilities
