Allen Lane are delighted to be supporting the London Borough of Hounslow in their search for experienced digital business analysts to join the organisation on a permanent basis. As a digital business analyst, you’ll be focussed on the end-to-end user journey and will need to understand every component of process design from start to finish. This is an exciting opportunity to join the council’s Transforming Community Experience programme and support how residents contact & engage with the council.

As a Digital Business Analyst you will:

• Be responsible for analysis within the service design team, ensuring the council achieve a joined-up experience meeting user needs across systems and services
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams carrying out research, analyst and redesign of services, applying service-orientated thinking at every stage
• Work with developers to get into the minute detail of the user experience journey at every level
• Champion the awareness of user-centred design ways of working and support service managers in improving a user-centric approach
• Co-design process improvements, defining new processes and supporting organisational change

As a Digital Business Analyst you will have:

• Significant experience with process design
• A proven track record of working on digital transformation projects with a focus on the end-to-end user journey
• A user-focussed mindset, championing the user’s perspective as well as understanding the organisations technical viewpoints
• Significant stakeholder management experience with the ability to develop robust business cases outlining potential benefits, options, risks and costs
• Experience of projects, analysis and research using the GDS standards and principles
