  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and third-party vendors to define and prioritise future technology requirements, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of digital platforms.
  • Technology Requirements Management: Translate operational needs and strategic goals into clear, actionable development roadmaps for external vendors, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards.
  • Data Management: Champion data integrity by promoting accurate and timely data entry, maintenance, and reporting across all digital broking systems.
  • Training and Support: Deliver training and ongoing support to platform users, proactively addressing issues and promoting best practices to maximise adoption and effectiveness.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all digital broking activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies, identifying and mitigating operational risks.
  • Innovation and Development: Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending and implementing innovative digital solutions to continuously improve broking operations.

Skills & Experience

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of digital platforms and technologies used in broking operations.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data and processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address issues promptly and effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing digital processes and data.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage activity across multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Business Change: Experience implementing business and process change in a dynamic and complex organisational context.

Culture and Conduct:

  • Role model the Firm’s purpose, strengths, commitments, and culture.
  • Ensure actions and behaviours are in line with the relevant Conduct rules.

We want to attract, retain and develop diverse talent at all levels. This means recruiting from the widest possible pool of talent, removing barriers that can prevent our people from reaching their full potential, and fostering a fully inclusive environment which maximises collaboration and empowers everyone at McGill and Partners to bring their whole selves to work.
