Digital Assets Product Manager

Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute product strategy and roadmap for digital asset capabilities, focusing on tokenized traditional assets and collateral.
2. Define scope and objectives for product deliverables, understanding traditional and digital collateral domains.
3. Guide on blockchain and DLT capabilities, assessing feasibility, maturity, cost, and time to market.
4. Ensure product-market fit across traditional and digital segments, focusing on collateral, securities finance, and margin use cases.
5. Manage product execution from design to stakeholder engagement and governance.
6. Stay updated on industry best practices and implement as appropriate.
7. Resolve complex issues from senior clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in derivatives collateral, securities finance, or triparty collateral management.
• Experience in blockchain/DLT product development, understanding token standards and asset tokenization benefits.
• Recent product design and development experience.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams including product managers, designers, and engineers.
• Experience in a matrixed organization, especially in a product role.
• Strong interpersonal skills to achieve goals through others.
