Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific's Corporate Customer Marketing team is seeking an experienced Digital Assets Governance Specialist to maintain the organization's Digital Asset Management (DAM) ecosystem. You will ensure assets are organized, enriched with metadata, searchable, and accessible across marketing, sales, and digital platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• 3–5 years' experience in Digital Asset Management or related content operations.
• Hands-on experience administering Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets.
• Experience with metadata, taxonomy, cataloging, asset migration, and governance.
• Experience with Workfront, OpenText, Seismic, and Adobe Dynamic Media.
• Experience implementing DAM governance models and metadata standards.

Responsibilities

• Govern DAM platform with cataloging, tagging, archiving, publishing, and maintenance.
• Administer DAM like user accounts, permissions, training, and best practices.
• Maintain Global Taxonomy Framework and metadata standards; monitor compliance.
• Collaborate with Content teams to support workflows and migrations.
• Analyze usage, metadata health, lifecycle metrics; suggest improvements.
• Develop SOPs, governance docs, training materials.
• Stay current on DAM best practices and platform developments.
