Job summary

University of Cambridge is seeking a Digital Assessment Training and Engagement Coordinator (fixed term) to drive the engagement, training and adoption of the university's digital assessment service. The role leads the rollout of Inspera across Departments and Colleges and develops resources to support teachers, students and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience of designing and delivering communications and engagement activity to support organisational change or institution-wide programmes.
• Strong knowledge of communications and stakeholder engagement, advising senior stakeholders on messaging and audience engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engagement, training and adoption strategy for the digital assessment service.
• Support rollout of the Inspera platform within Departments and Colleges; promote student engagement.
• Develop training resources, communications and engagement activities for the transition to digital assessment.
• Collaborate with academic departments, Colleges and senior committees to ensure consistent practice and service improvement.
• Provide expert advice on engagement and adoption to ensure successful implementation.
