Job summary

University of Cambridge's Education Services invites an experienced communications and engagement specialist to lead the rollout of digital assessment and the Inspera platform within Departments and Colleges. You will design training resources, engage diverse stakeholders and support adoption with high‑quality, inclusive communications.

Working across the Collegiate University, you will collaborate with the Head of Digital Launch, programme managers and senior committees to deliver delivery

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering communications and engagement activity for organisational change or institution‑wide programmes.
• Strong knowledge of communications and stakeholder engagement, advising senior stakeholders on messaging and audience engagement.
• Experience designing, delivering and evaluating training, workshops or learning resources for diverse audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high‑impact content production and quality assurance.
• Ability to develop practical engagement and communications strategies and measure effectiveness.
• Degree-level qualification, or equivalent experience, in communications, stakeholder engagement or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver communications and engagement activity to support change initiatives across the University.
• Lead the rollout and adoption of digital assessment, including Inspera, with Departments and Colleges.
• Develop training resources, communications, and engagement plans for diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with Heads, Programme Managers, and senior committees to embed consistent practice and continuous improvement.
• Provide expert advice on engagement, messaging timing and reputational considerations.
• Coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups in a matrix organisation to support successful implementation.
