Job description

Digital and Ecommerce Manager - £60,000 - £65,000 - London

A fantastic opportunity to join a consumer-focused business as a Digital and Ecommerce Manager. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will manage digital team members and external agencies and partners. You will support in delivering revenue targets through planning and executing digital marketing activities and web improvement projects, with ongoing reporting, analysis, and optimization of channel performance.

Responsibilities:
  1. Support the development and execution of the digital marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, SEO, email, and SMS marketing.
  2. Continuously identify and implement data-backed optimizations to enhance online customer journeys and experiences.
  3. Own and optimize the conversion funnel, conducting testing, analysis, and performance reporting.
  4. Develop digital marketing plans in collaboration with key internal stakeholders.
  5. Maximize online revenue opportunities through multi-channel digital activities.
  6. Provide reporting and actionable insights on digital activities and website performance, demonstrating ROI.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and ecommerce principles, theories, and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with the digital marketing mix.
  • Experience managing web development projects to optimize customer journeys and experience.
  • Proficiency in data extraction, databases, and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Power BI.
  • Demonstrable experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Leadership experience in managing and developing teams.
  • Background within a B2C business.
