The next step in their growth is to expand their eCommerce team with a Digital Analytics Manager who will ensure digital performance insights drive growth, efficiency, and customer engagement.
This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution as you lead a team to drive data-informed decision-making across their eCommerce and marketplace businesses. You will collaborate cross-functionally with teams in Digital, Marketing, IT, and Technology to optimize user experience and maximize revenue opportunities by understanding customer behavior, site performance, audience attributes and segmentation, as well as financial and business metrics.
The ideal candidate has a passion for data analytics, with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate technical insights effectively to non-technical teams.
