Job summary

Harnham in London is seeking a Digital Analyst to drive data-led decisions across customer experience, e-commerce performance and digital marketing. This hybrid role combines technical analysis with stakeholder storytelling in a busy retail analytics team.

You will work with SQL, Adobe/Google Analytics, and Power BI to deliver actionable insights, influence commercial decisions, and support ongoing analytics transformation projects within international markets.

Qualifications

  • Commercial experience using Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
  • Experience building reports and dashboards in Power BI or similar BI tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience analysing digital, e-commerce, or customer journey data.
  • Ability to translate complex analysis into clear business recommendations.
  • Retail, consumer, or customer-focused digital experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse digital and e-commerce data to uncover actionable insights.
  • Use SQL and Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics to understand customer behaviour.
  • Evaluate customer journeys and website performance to identify optimisation opportunities.
  • Support marketing performance and attribution analysis.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions in Power BI.

  • Partner with teams on A/B testing and experimentation initiatives.
  • Support analytics tracking, tagging validation, and data quality activities.
  • Combine data from multiple sources to provide a holistic view of performance.
  • Contribute to ongoing reporting and analytics transformation projects.

An exciting opportunity for a Digital Analyst to join a growing Digital Analytics team, helping drive data-led decisions across customer experience, e-commerce performance, and digital marketing. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical analysis with stakeholder engagement and data storytelling.

The Role

You will:
