Digital Adoption & UX Manager

Location: Flexible within GTUK, hybrid working

We are seeking a highly skilled, proactive, and motivated Digital Adoption & UX Manager to join our growing Customer Success team within the Digital, Data, and Technology function. This role is vital in enhancing the end-user experience across our software portfolio, ensuring successful adoption of our digital tools, which are key to maximizing our investment value and continuously improving user experience. The role will serve as the product owner of our digital adoption product, VisualSP, leading the creation of engaging content and walkthroughs for our software platforms. The ideal candidate will be proactive, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Role Overview

As a Digital Adoption & UX Manager in our Digital, Data, and Technology team, you will:

• Be a superuser of VisualSP, with strong knowledge of its capabilities to lead discussions and manage digital adoption content.
• Implement feedback mechanisms and analyze user feedback to inform content creation and process improvements.
• Create high-quality, engaging digital content including tutorials, guides, and walkthroughs to assist users in navigating our software platforms, leveraging existing content and SME knowledge.
• Utilize Microsoft Clarity and PowerBI to analyze usage metrics and insights, understanding user behavior to enhance digital adoption.
• Identify pain points and improve the end-user experience through effective digital adoption strategies.
• Conduct training sessions and support a community of Digital Adoption Content Creators, including live demos and workshops, providing ongoing support via a helpdesk or support team.
• Manage relationships with vendors through their customer success teams.
• Monitor and report on digital adoption initiatives, using data to drive continuous improvements.

Ideal Candidate

Joining us as a Digital Adoption & UX Manager, the minimum criteria include:

• Proficiency with VisualSP or similar Digital Adoption Platforms
• Experience in digital adoption, product success, or related fields.
• Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles
• Ability to analyze user feedback and metrics for improvements.

Preferred skills (not mandatory):

• Proficiency with Microsoft Clarity, PowerBI, and other digital adoption tools.
• Team management experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, product owners, developers, and vendors.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive user support.
