Digital Adoption & UX Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled, proactive, and motivated Digital Adoption & UX Manager to join our growing Customer Success team within the Digital, Data, and Technology division. This role is vital in enhancing the end-user experience across our software portfolio, ensuring successful adoption of digital tools—key to maximizing our investments and improving user experience. The role will serve as the product owner of our digital adoption platform, VisualSP, leading the creation of engaging content and walkthroughs for our software platforms. The ideal candidate will be proactive, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Role Overview

As a Digital Adoption & UX Manager within our Digital, Data, and Technology team, you will:

• Be the superuser of VisualSP, leading content creation and management for digital adoption initiatives.
• Implement feedback mechanisms, analyze user feedback, and inform content and process improvements.
• Create high-quality digital content, including tutorials, guides, and walkthroughs, leveraging existing knowledge from software SMEs.
• Use tools like Microsoft Clarity and PowerBI to analyze usage metrics, understanding user behavior to enhance digital adoption.
• Identify pain points and develop strategies to improve the end-user experience.
• Conduct training sessions and support content creators through live demos and workshops, providing ongoing user support.
• Manage relationships with vendors via their customer success teams.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital adoption initiatives, using data to drive continuous improvements.

Candidate Profile

Joining us as a Digital Adoption & UX Manager, the minimum criteria include:

• Proficiency with VisualSP or similar Digital Adoption Platforms
• Proven experience in digital adoption, product success, or related fields
• Knowledge of UX design principles
• Ability to analyze user feedback and performance metrics for improvements

Preferred skills include:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Clarity, PowerBI, and other digital adoption tools
• Team management experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with vendors
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive user support
