About The Role

Are you ready to take your digital expertise to the next level in a high-impact, strategic role? The RAC is looking for an experienced, analytical and commercially minded Digital Account Manager to join our Insurance Partners and Banking team (IP&B).

This is your opportunity to become a pivotal player in a growing division where you’ll support the digital strategy and optimisation across some of the UK’s most prominent wholesale insurance relationships. You’ll be central to driving online sales performance, maximising partner growth opportunities, and shaping our digital journey across a multimillion-pound portfolio.

About the Role

Reporting to the IP&B Digital Team, you’ll be the digital voice for the Insurance Partners & Banking team—internally and externally—owning the end-to-end strategy for digital performance.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Developing and supporting digital optimisation plans across key Insurance Partners.
  • Managing partner sales journey projects for RAC breakdown products.
  • Acting as a digital consultant for partner platforms: from UX/UI and SEO/PPC to pricing and product reviews.
  • Driving partner conversion and ROI, using data-driven analysis and strategic insights.
  • Establishing strong, productive relationships with partners and internal stakeholders to deliver on business targets.

What We’re Looking For

We're seeking someone who thrives on delivering results, has a proven track record in digital strategy, analytical skills, and experience in external partnership growth, ideally within the General Insurance space.

Key skills and experience:

  • Strong digital expertise within the insurance or financial services sector.
  • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within a wholesale environment.
  • Ability to manage third-party relationships and internal stakeholder groups.
  • Confident leading digital reviews, journey testing, optimisation, and commercial analysis.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Commercially savvy with strong data and ROI analysis capabilities.
  • Degree-level education with solid PC proficiency and attention to detail.
