Job Title: Digital Account Manager

Hybrid work model – 2 days a week in the office, 3 days remote (even in your PJs… we won’t judge).

About You:

You’re strategic, organized, and analytical. You thrive on turning client goals into successful media campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic. You understand CPC and ROAS as your guiding metrics. Clients appreciate your relationship skills, your performance results speak for themselves, and you manage timelines efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing client relationships, understanding their goals, and executing plans with professionalism.
  • Planning and running cross-channel paid media campaigns.
  • Collaborating with internal specialists to enhance campaign performance and innovation.
  • Creating clear reports and insights from performance data.
  • Keeping projects on schedule and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Participating in campaign launches, reviews, and ongoing optimizations.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in digital media or client services, preferably agency-side.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Programmatic platforms like DV360 or The Trade Desk.
  • Strong digital planning and reporting skills.
  • Passion for performance marketing and client service.
  • Excellent multitasking, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
  • Personality and a bit of weirdness appreciated.
