But in truth, you're more than a title.

You're the translator, the orchestrator, the one who knows how to turn questions into plans, and plans into progress.

What your week might look like:

  • A kickoff call with a client who doesn’t speak “marketing” — but you get what they want.
  • A creative review where the copy feels off — and you help it land.
  • Checking a Google Ads dashboard and spotting a dip before it becomes a problem.
  • Writing a timeline update that keeps everyone calm, clear, and moving.

You’re probably a good fit if:

  • You’ve led digital campaigns before — especially across Google Ads, Meta, or Google Business.
  • You’re not just organized — you bring structure into messy situations.
  • You know how to talk to clients, creatives, and media buyers — without switching masks.
  • You ask good questions. You follow through. You catch the blind spots.

What you’ll need:

  • At least 3 years in a digital or client-facing role
  • A working fluency in performance marketing, and a love for building long-term relationships
  • Strong documentation, communication, and reporting habits
  • An interest in making things better, not just getting them done
