Job summary

DaVita is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our patient-centered care team in an outpatient setting. You will analyze lab results and educate patients and families on diet plans tailored to improve health outcomes.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support renal patients across assigned facilities. The role may involve travel to multiple facilities, with schedule expectations that avoid weekends or nights in the described posting.

Qualifications

• State licensure required if licensure is available in the state where the facility is located
• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or similar area required
• Will consider new graduates
• Ability to work flexible schedules, possibly for multiple facilities and travel when needed
• After hire and training, CARD with a score of at least 80% required
• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required as well as functional proficiency with DaVita specific applications within 60 days

Requirements:

The Salary Range for the role is $62,000 - $92,000 per year.
