Job summary

DaVita seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate care in an outpatient dialysis center in Dover, OH. You will build relationships with patients and families and work with a supportive team to manage complex treatment plans.

The role requires current licensure, CPR, and ability to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, Saturdays, and holidays. Training may occur at various facilities and 16-chair clinics are common.

Qualifications

• Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• IV certification required if required by state regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BONENT or CHT certification preferred or as required by state regulation.
• Minimum of one year's experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook required; functional proficiency in DaVita computer systems within 90 days of hire

DaVita is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who is looking to give life in an outpatient dialysis center. Some details about this position:

• Operational Hours: Mon-Sat 4:00am - 6:30pm (12 hour shifts, must be available to work any hours within these ranges) - schedule can vary dependent upon patient census
• No Dialysis experience is required.
• Training may take place in a facility or a training clinic other than your assigned home clinic
• Float to various facilities during and after your training
• You must have a flexible schedule and be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• This Clinic has 16 chairs with typical patient ratio of 5:1 per dialysis tech (can vary).

Requirements:

• Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice required
• Current CPR certification required
• IV certification required if required by state regulations

• Completed training program approved by the medical director and the governing body as required by CMS guidelines prior to operating the water treatment system
• BONENT or CHT certification preferred or as required by state regulation
