  • Delivering the Nourish to Flourish psychoeducation group, which is set up to help young people understand their eating disorders and critically explore their beliefs about food and bodies.
  • Taking part in one to one family support, helping families understand the complex relationship between food and health, as well as strategies for supporting their young person to eat at home.
  • Attending at professional meetings with external agencies
  • Conducting pre-admission screenings for new referrals while laying out the plan for future interventions
  • Liaising with the dietetic assistant and hospital’s catering department and ensuring that the menu is reviewed regularly, the allergen list, portioning sizes and special menus are up to date
