You will plan and deliver engine validation activities, analyse data and trends, perform root‑cause investigation, and evaluate corrective actions within the Diesel Performance, Emissions and Validation Group.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product validation, verification, testing, or development engineering.
• Experience creating validation plans, test procedures, and reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; RCA methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engine validation activities within the Diesel Performance, Emissions and Validation Group.
• Perform engine validation, data analysis, trends, and action-based evaluation.
• Define validation plans and test cycles; specify instrumentation and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate day-to-day engineering activity and manage tests and analysis.
• Conduct failure analysis and defect resolution using standard methods.
• Prepare technical reports and support design via FMEA attendance.
