Curtis Packaging in the Redhill/Surrey area is seeking a skilled Die Cutting Operator to join our Cut & Crease production team, producing premium packaging components with precision.

You will set up and operate BOBST die cutting machinery, ensuring high-quality output while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A background in embossing/debossing and experience with carton/corrugated materials is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in die cutting and related processes (creasing, embossing, debossing).
• Familiar with folding carton and corrugated materials.
• Ability to troubleshoot and adjust machinery as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Team player with proactive and flexible attitude.
• Willingness to work overtime and support other shifts.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate BOBST die cutting machines to precise packaging specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust as needed to maintain high quality and precision.
• Load and unload materials with correct alignment and cutting accuracy.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet tight deadlines and uphold standards.
• Maintain machine cleanliness and perform routine maintenance to prevent downtime.
