Job summary

Future Recruitment is seeking a Die Cutting Machine Operator to join the production team in the South East. You will operate and maintain Bobst die cutting machinery to produce high-quality packaging components in line with production specifications and deadlines.

The role requires experience with die cutting, creasing, embossing and debossing on folding carton substrates, with a focus on quality and safety. Overtime availability and a double day shift are included.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating die cutting and creasing machinery, preferably BOBST equipment.
• Strong technical knowledge of die cutting, creasing, embossing and debossing processes.
• Experience working with folding cartons and corrugated materials.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate BOBST die cutting machines to production and packaging specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust to maintain cutting accuracy and quality.
• Load and unload materials with correct alignment and cutting precision.
• Conduct routine machine maintenance and keep equipment clean to reduce downtime.
• Work with production team to meet deadlines and quality standards.
