Qualifications

• Experience in print finishing, including MBO folders (desirable, training can be provided).
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and operating MBO folding machines.
• Carrying out machine adjustments and basic maintenance.
• Ensure high-quality finishing on all printed materials, meeting company standards.
• Work efficiently to meet production deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Monitor quality control throughout the finishing process, identifying and resolving any issues.
• Follow health and safety guidelines while operating machinery and handling materials.
