Job summary

Anglian Home Improvements in Norwich invites applicants to join as a Die Changer Apprentice. You’ll learn hands-on engineering in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, swapping tooling and dies and earning a recognised qualification while you work.

This full-time apprenticeship starts Summer 2026. You’ll be trained by experienced engineers, with 31 days holidays, health & well-being benefits, and real opportunities for long-term progression in a growing company.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in Maths and English are helpful.
• No previous manufacturing experience required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Support machine changeovers by swapping and setting up tooling and dies.
• Learn to safely install, remove, and align equipment.
• Assist with maintenance checks to keep machines running smoothly.
• Help keep production efficient and on track.
• Follow health and safety guidelines; training provided.
• Keep workspace organized and professional.
• Complete apprenticeship training and build knowledge.
