Job summary

Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for a Main area Disability Intensive Care Enhanced (DICE) Team Grade Band 3 on a 12-month fixed term contract. The post is based at Finch Road Hub, Birmingham, with 37.5 hours per week and a salary of £25,760–£27,476 pro rata.

You will provide a full admin service to the DICE team, handle diary management, clinics, minutes and audio transcription, input patient data, and maintain a high standard of customer service and

Qualifications

• GCE/GCSE or equivalent - grades A–C.
• RSA/OCR stage 3 - NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Experience in busy office environment and handling administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Word processing of correspondence, reports and summaries for the team.
• Undertake diary management for DICE clinicians/managers.
• Organise clinics and appointments using brought-forward systems.
